The front desk staff were really helpful. Abla, Eman, Abdou, Hamza, and Akhil were especially great! Mohamed Ibrahim, the Duty Manager, was friendly and professional. I will recommend this hotel to my VIP clients.
The hotel reminded me of it declined in quality over the years. The steakhouse and Japanese restaurant were closed. These restaurants set the hotel apart. My room wasn't cleaned for two days. This. The TV channels are reduced. Most channels are Arabic news channels.

i found the rooms comfortable and spacious. the beds were particularly comfortable. breakfast offered various choices and fresh ingredients. staff members were responsive and consistently helpful .
the tv channel selection in the room was quite limited. i noticed a lack of variety in international programming. i hope they expand this.

helpful staff fast dining efficient service
The front desk staff was very helpful. they gave me a room as soon as possible after i arrived early. i used the gym to change and shower before my training. in-room dining was fast and efficient. The food was AMAZING!!!
i noticed that there were not enough sockets at the bedside tables. this made charging my devices inconvenient. it would be good to have more charging options available near the bed.

Really good Stay at the Racecourse
helpful staff great care
I found the staff very kind and helpful. They made sure my child and I were safe during a sandstorm by the pool. I also greatly appreciated the housekeeping staff who were very kind and took great care of us .
I was disappointed that the new sheets were not properly dried. It was not a pleasant experience. The mattress was too soft for my liking.

immaculate room needed amenities maintained fitness center bad lighting bright panel lighting system
the room was immaculate. all the amenities i needed were included. the hotel's fitness center was well maintained.
i found the lighting system poorly designed. it was impossible to turn on just one light at the desk. electronic panels controlling the lights were too bright at night.
